SPAGHETTI ALA BETH
Serves 4

1 medium pack spaghetti (200grams)
1/4 kg ground beef

1/4 kg ground pork
4 cloves garlic, mashed and minced
1 medium-sized onions, minced
2 pieces jumbo hot dogs, cooked and sliced diagonally
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp sugar or more according to your taste
salt, pepper to taste
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Cook spaghetti according to package direction. Drain water using a colander or large strainer. Place noodles in running water or cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

In a large sauce pan over medium heat, sauté garlic, onion in oil. Add the ground meats. Season with salt and pepper. Cook meat until browned while stirring occasionally.
Add hot dogs and grated carrots. Add tomato sauce,and water.. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Add sugar and more if you prefer a sweet sauce. Stir to mix thoroughly. Adjust seasoning according to your taste..

Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
